Can you collect a Marketplace purchase?
Yes, for suitable small items. Arrange payment with the seller yourself and confirm the item is ready for collection.
Can someone help you carry something heavy?
We accept jobs suitable for one person. We do not rely on help at either end to make a heavy job possible.
Do you work weekends?
Requests are welcome for any day. All dates and times are subject to our availability and confirmation.
Is the calculator a confirmed quote?
No. It is a guide using estimated travel and handling times. The route, actual load, access and any tolls or parking need review before the final quote is agreed.
Ready for a smooth collection?
Confirm collection with the seller or store, keep goods packed and ready, and arrange suitable ground-floor or lift access. We do not assemble or dismantle items.
What if plans change or collection is delayed?
Please let us know promptly if plans change. Your confirmed quote will state any waiting or cancellation charges before you book. Unexpected extra work or delays are discussed before additional charges are agreed.
Service terms & insurance disclosure
Little Load Co. offers local community pickups and deliveries by one person using a van, for a fee agreed before the job. Each request is subject to suitability and availability. An enquiry or calculator estimate is not a confirmed booking.
No goods-in-transit insurance
Little Load Co. does not provide goods-in-transit insurance for items collected, loaded, carried or delivered. No transport insurance premium or insurance cover is included in the fee. Please do not assume your belongings are insured through this service.
If insurance is important to you, arrange suitable cover independently before collection and check that it applies to the full journey, including loading and unloading. Alternatively, use a transport provider offering the cover you need.
Suitable items and accurate information
Only clean, dry items that fit safely in the van and can be handled by one person are considered. No heavy or two-person lifts, stairs, loose rubbish, hazardous or leaking goods, full house moves or passengers. Provide accurate descriptions, quantities, dimensions, approximate weights, photos and access information. Tell us about fragile, valuable or unusually delicate items before a job is accepted.
Preparing for collection
Arrange payment with the seller or store directly. Have goods appropriately packed, any necessary dismantling completed, and collection permission and suitable access arranged at both ends. We do not provide assembly or dismantling.
Price, timing and changes
The final fee, collection arrangements and any agreed tolls, parking, waiting or cancellation charges are confirmed before booking. Notify us promptly of changes. Extra work or charges must be agreed before proceeding. If we cannot safely perform the job as described, we will discuss the available options with you.
Care and legal rights
We will exercise reasonable care when handling your goods. The absence of insurance does not by itself remove legal responsibility for loss or damage. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your privacy
When you send an enquiry, your contact details, locations and photos will be sent privately to Little Load Co. to assess and respond to your request. We do not display them publicly or use them for marketing. Hosting, mapping and email providers process the details needed for their service.
Nothing is submitted until you click Send enquiry. Please avoid including faces, identity documents or other unnecessary personal information in photos. Request access, correction or deletion through your enquiry correspondence.
